Orders
How do I place an order?
Choose your item, size and colour, add to cart and checkout. You’ll receive an email confirmation.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email team@unofficialchaos.com immediately. If production hasn’t started, we’ll do our best. Once in production, changes/cancellations aren’t possible.
SHIPPING POLICY
Fulfilment
Every Unofficial Chaos product is made to order through our fulfilment partner, Printful. Orders are usually produced within 2–7 business days before being shipped.
Estimated Delivery Times
United Kingdom: 3–5 business days
Europe: 5–10 business days
Rest of the World: 7–20 business days
Please note these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on your location.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available).
International Orders
We ship worldwide. Depending on your country, import duties, taxes or customs fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Delays
Occasionally deliveries may take longer due to customs processing, weather, carrier delays, public holidays or other events outside our control
Lost or Late Deliveries
If your parcel appears to be delayed, please check your tracking information first. If you still need help, email team@unofficialchaos.com with your order number and we’ll gladly investigate with the shipping carrier.
RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Made-to-Order Products
Every Unofficial Chaos item is produced especially for you after your order is placed. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
• Change of mind
• Ordering the wrong size
• Ordering the wrong colour
• Accidental purchases
Please check our sizing guides carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Email team@unofficialchaos.com and include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the problem
If the issue is confirmed, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Additional Support
If an issue is reported after 30 days, we’ll still do our best to help where possible. Requests made within 90 days of delivery may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
If production has not yet started, we’ll do our best to help.
Once production begins, we can no longer make changes or cancellations.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights under UK law.

Orders containing prohibited content may be cancelled.
